Note: If you don’t have an account yet please create a new account so you can login.
Once logged in, click on the “CyTrack Insider” button on the top navigation menu

Click on the link “CYTRACK INSIDER - SOFTWARE DOWNLOADS” and this will open the software download page.

On the Software Download page click on “Software Downloads & Updates”, this will open up a new page with the latest CyTrack software version.

Locate the “DOWNLOAD” link and click on it to download the latest CyTrack installer in zip format. This will be saved to your browser default saved location which will most likely be in your download folder.

Note that the version in this screenshot below is just an example. As new version is release you’ll see the latest version number reflected.

Uninstall any existing CyDesk Manager instance

If you have an existing CyDesk manager instance in your machine, you will need to uninstall it first and reboot.

From your machine locate your current CyDesk installation. Here’s a screenshot of where to locate it from your control panel in Windows 10

Ensure you have “Administrator” rights to your machine, select “CyDesk” in control panel, uninstall it and reboot your machine.

In an unlikely instance during uninstallation you get an error related to the screenshot below where the installer cannot stop CyPulse proceed to step 4

Press the keyboard keys “Control” + “Shift” + “Esc” at the same time to open your “Task Manager”. Select the “Details” tab & find the “MonitorServices.exe” and you’ll see 2 instances. Select one of them, right click and select “End task”.

Now go back to step 1 above to uninstall your existing CyDesk Manager, this time it should succeed.

Installing latest version of CyDesk Manager on individual (Per) machine

Firstly ensure you have “Administrator” rights to your machine before continuing otherwise please contact your IT team to assist with the following installation.
Locate the zip file you have downloaded earlier, right click on the file, select “Properties”, click “Unblock” and click “Ok”.

Extract the zip file content, locate the file “Installer.exe” and double click to run it

Select “manager Components Installation” and click the “Next” button and leave the wizard splash screen aside for now.

If you don’t have CyDesk web app already open then open a web browser window and copy the name as per screenshot below, in this example it is “example.cytrack.cloud”

Now back to the setup wizard splash screen, enter the name that you have copied and paste it into the “Server Address” field and press the “Next” button

Select on “Desk Manager” and click on the button “Next”

Fill out your company details here. Anything that is not applicable just enter “n/a” and press the “Next” button.

Tick “I have read and accept this license” once you have read the end user license agreement and click the “Next” button.

We recommend use the default installation directory and click on the “Next” button

Click “Create/Update Rule” to auto populate any required firewall rules for your machine and click the “Next” button to start the installation

Once installation completes you will see the a notification saying “Install completed” & a CyDesk Manager icon will appear on the desktop. Click on “Ok” to complete the installation.

Double click on the icon “CyDesk Manager” will launch your newly installed “CyDesk Manager” app
