Configuring Web Callback
CCS Q has a ‘Web Callback’ feature, which enables customers to fill out a form on a web page, which is then converted into an outgoing call request to the customer. This feature requires the deployment of the web callback web service on the company’s web server.
Once the ‘CCS Q Web Callback Web Service’ is installed and configured, the ‘Web’ tab in CCS Desk Manager needs to be configured to assign sources to campaigns. A new assignment can be added by clicking on the ‘Add’ button, and an existing one can be deleted by clicking on the ‘red bin’ icon
- Name – Name of the assignment.
- Source– It is usually the URL of the web page that contained the ‘Call Me’
- Campaign – the name of the campaign that receives the callback request. (Campaign type: Callback)

When a CCS Q Web Callback call appears in a CCS Call Campaign, the client will display the ‘html source’ and also any notes that were entered with the callback request.
