Database error opening iPECS Report Plus

Problem

When opening iPECS Report Plus the error ‘Database Failed to Open’ is displayed.

Troubleshooting Steps

Image Removed Check –> Check the System DSN ODBC settings.

Image Removed Check –> Check the SQL Server Name: Perhaps the local machine name is required rather     than localhost or (local),
     this is especially pertinent if a web server is running on     the same machine as iPECS Report Plus.

Image Removed Check –> Check for SQL that the iPECS CCS User details login details are correct and that     the user has access to the iPECS CCS Database.
