Click on the SMS icon sms.pngImage Removed Image Added to SMS from CCS Desk, 3.jpgImage Removed Image Added type in the number you would like to SMS and click on  icon  to enter your name

and click on 4.jpgImage Removed Image Added to send your SMS. Clicking on the 6.jpgImage Removed Image Added will show the history of SMS for that agent.
