Step 10.5a  - Select the Connection Type  Click Next.

Select CyReport CTI.

 

Step 10.6a  - select the Network address of the CYTRACK CTI and PABX Type  Click Next.

The network address of the call data source must be entered in the edit box using the IP Address.

For example:

IP Address = 192.168.0.1 192.168.0.

There are two PABX Type that can be selected.

  • All Other PABX Types – Select this option if you are using a PABX other than an Avaya IP Office

  • Avaya IP Office – Select this option if you are using an Avaya IP Office

 

Step 10.7a  - Day start and end allows you to configure the start and end of business during normal days and weekends  Click Next.

Note

Step 10.8a  (Download intervals) will automatically be skipped because we using CyReport CTI mode.
