CyDesk Configuration Guide

Step 13

The CYTRACK Installer will again start installing a few more component to completion. You will then get to the CyDesk Configuration Wizard as shown in the next step.

Step 14

The CyDesk Configuration Wizard will be launched next.

Step 14.1 - The CyDesk license information is displayed Click Next.

Select 3rd Party TAPI ==> Click Next.

Step 14.3 - Click Add Extension Range Specify the extension numbers in the PBX system that will be used by the CYTRACK system ==>  Click Next.

 

Note:

IP extensions / softphones should be added as Digital Extensions.

SLT or SIP extensions should be added as Analogue Extensions.

Step 14.4 - Enter the prefix for international dialling and the prefix to access an outside line with the PBX.

Note

This configuration must be made identical with the configuration in Windows’ Phone and Modem Options Click Next.

Step 14.5 - If your license contains CyRecord license for voice recording, the next couple of steps will be activated to allow some configuration on the call recording system.

Specify the path where the voice recordings will be stored.

Step 14.6 - Select the devices to have external calls recorded ==> Click Next.

Step 14.7 - Select the CRM / Database application to be integrated with CyDesk 

Step 14.8 - Depending on the selection at Step 14.7, this step will guide on the integration features you wish to enable  Enable the integration features as required ==>  Click Next.

 

Step 14.9 - Click Add Agents  Enter the name of agents and specify optionally enable its Integration feature and the CyRecord profile.

Step 14.10 - The wizard displays a number of break statuses which have automatically been created ==> Click Next.

Step 14.11 - The last step will show you a Summary of the selected wizard configurations.  Click Finish to complete the wizard and continue with the install.
