Configuring CyChat - Set Agent’s Custom Greeting Message

This page allows custom greeting messages to be configured per Chat Agent, to change the default greeting message. Agent must first be configured in the 'Set Users' section before they can appear in this list.

Simply type the Greeting Message in the box provided and click 'Save'.
