Following the following steps to resolve the CheckPSmodule Error for CyDesk Manager SSO.

  1. Open command Prompt as an administrator on the pc with the error.

  2. Type CheckPsModule package=nuget version=2.8.5.201 and click enter

  3. Type checkpsmodule module=AzureAd install=1 and click enter

  4. Try logging into CyDesk Manager again using SSO and it should work.
