CyCoach Architecture

 

CyCoach runs as a web application hosted on an IIS Web Server. The application connects to the CyTrack Database to store the information for CyCoach and also to access the information that is stored by the CyDesk, CyRecord and CyReport software.

These databases can be on one server or on different servers. The application also connects to CyRecord server to retrieve the call recordings that are to be used for assessment or training.
