The iPECS Report Plus Web allows a certain number of report statistics to be created and made available for CCS Dashboard.

If you are running iPECS Report Plus on SQL Express, the total number of Report Statistics and the frequency they are set to run must be considered.  On SQL Express we do not recommend more than an average of 1 Report Statistic be run per 2 minutes.  Therefore, if you wanted to run 3 Report Statistics, you would need to set the refresh interval to 6 minutes.  Please review this with your iPECS Report Plus specialist for further assistance.

To create a new statistic, enter on the ‘Dashboard’ section and select ‘New Dashboard.’

Filter – Step 1

The first step allows you to select from a list of multiple criterion. This process is identical to the first step in generating reports.

Choose Statistic – Step 2

To complete the second step, the following configuration must be completed:

• Statistic Name– the name of the statistic. This is what Dashboard will see.
• Statistic Item– choose the statistic to report from the list of statistics items available.
• Statistic Function– determines how to calculate the records. Some statistic item may only have Sum to choose from.
• Once completed, click 'Save'and the Dashboard should be able to use this new statistic.
