Adding Configurable Tabs to Teams Channels or Chats

To initiate the integration, navigate to the desired Teams channel or chat where you wish to add the Configurable Tab. Click on the "Add a Tab" button and select CyReport from the available options.

Report Selection

Upon selecting CyReport, a list of saved reports will be presented. Choose the report you intend to display on the tab and click "Save." This action effectively embeds the selected report as a tab and will run the Wallboard feature within the Teams channel.

The added tab functions as a dynamic wallboard, providing a real-time display of the selected report. This empowers teams with instant access to critical data, fostering better decision-making.

Refresh Timer Adjustment

In the settings for the Configurable Tab, users have the flexibility to adjust the refresh timer. This setting determines the frequency at which the data in the report is updated, ensuring that teams are working with the latest information.

 Selective Chart Display

Users can further tailor their experience by opting to display only the charts within the Configurable Tab. This customization option streamlines the visual representation of data for a more concise view.

Notification System

Upon completion of the tab setup, a notification can be posted in the channel, keeping team members informed about the successful integration and providing them with instant access to the embedded report.
