Database error opening iPECS Report Plus

Problem

When opening iPECS Report Plus the error ‘Database Failed to Open’ is displayed.

Troubleshooting Steps

Check the System DSN ODBC settings.

Check the SQL Server Name: Perhaps the local machine name is required rather

    than localhost or (local), this is especially pertinent if a web server is running on

    the same machine as iPECS Report Plus.

Check for SQL that the iPECS CCS User details login details are correct and that

    the user has access to the iPECS CCS Database.
