Overview
This guide provides instructions on setting up Cytrack Teams desktop app. Whilst each of the Cytrack apps needs to be installed individually, the licensing will need to be applied once against any of the applicable apps.
Admin Initial Installation from Teams desktop app
Log into the Microsoft Teams desktop client as a Global Administrator user
On the left navigation menu select “Apps”
In Search type the name of the Cytrack app to be installed and click on the app name
The selected Cytrack app will pop-up, click the “Add” button to install the app and it’ll appear in the left navigation menu
To Register application, open the installed CyReport App then, go to the Settings tab
Enter the license key you have obtained from CyTrack click Submit button.
If you don’t have a license key please reach out to CyTrack contacts listed aboveSign in as the M365 Global admin and approve the CyReport app access to the M365 tenancy
Note: User needs the below M365 roles or higher to be able to complete the following license submit operation.· Application administrator
· Privileged role administrator
You will get pop-up windows to log in to the Azure AD and consent for the required permissions when you click the submit button.
After user clicks on Accept it might take few minutes to complete.Once “License Applied” message is displayed it means Registration has completed.
CyReport is now ready to be used by the approved M365 tenancy and user can navigate to the report tab and access the application
