SMS from Desktop
Note you must have the CCS SMS Server installed to use this feature
Click on the SMS icon 
to SMS from CCS Desk, 
type in the number you would like to SMS and click on icon to enter your name
and click on 
to send your SMS. Clicking on the 
will show the history of SMS for that agent.
Note you can also SMS from the your team or from the search feature if you are using Microsoft CRM integration.
