CyReport is slow to start up
Problem
CyReport is taking a long time to load on workstations.
Troubleshooting Steps
Check if ODBC tracing has been turned on for their machine.
The option is here in the ODBC data source Administrator Dialog 
the Start Tracing now button slows down all ODBC on the machine by a factor of >10.
It is recommended that you turn this feature off.
