Extensions are not shown in CyDesk Manager

Problem

In CyDesk Manager- no extensions are visible.

Troubleshooting Steps

arrow.jpg Go to Control Panel - Phone and Modem - Advanced and check that the TSP driver is installed with the correct IP address of PABX.

arrow.jpg Ping test the PBX.

arrow.jpg Check in tapimgmt.msc that Windows can see the extensions

arrow.jpg In CyDesk Manager – under PABX, check that CYTRACK can see the extensions

arrow.jpg Try restarting the CyDesk PBX Service and Telephony service arrow.jpg test to see if this works

arrow.jpg Try restarting the CyDesk Server Service first then all other CYTRACK services

arrow.jpg If this does not work, ensure the PABX is connected to the network and maybe reboot the PABX and then reboot the CYTRACK server once the PABX is back online
