Overview

This guide provides instructions on setting up Cytrack Teams desktop app. Whilst each of the Cytrack apps needs to be installed individually, the licensing will need to be applied once against any of the applicable apps.

Admin Initial Installation from Teams desktop app

  1. Log into the Microsoft Teams desktop client as a Global Administrator user

  2. On the left navigation menu select “Apps”

  3. In Search type the name of the Cytrack app to be installed and click on the app name

  4. The selected Cytrack app will pop-up, click the “Add” button to install the app and it’ll appear in the left navigation menu

  5. Within the Cytrack app click “Settings”

  6. Enter the license key you have obtained from CyTrack otherwise reach out to CyTrack contacts listed above

  7. Sign in as the M365 Global admin and approve the CyReport app access to the M365 tenancy

  8. CyReport is now ready to be used by the approved M365 tenancy
