Configuring CyCC - Queue Groups

Queues can be grouped together for reporting to provide an overview. The call centre queue group combines the Inbound and outbound queues statistics. A new group can be added by clicking on the ‘Add’ button, and an existing one can be deleted by clicking on the ‘red bin’ icon.
