Extensions are showing offline/unavailable in CyDesk Manager

Problem

In CyDesk Manager - under the PABX - all/some Extensions are showing offline

Troubleshooting Steps

arrow.jpg Restart the CyDesk PABX service

arrow.jpg If the extensions come back on line, the issue is resolved.

arrow.jpg If the issue persists, TAPI must be restarted
