Extensions are showing offline/unavailable in CyDesk Manager
Problem
In CyDesk Manager - under the PABX - all/some Extensions are showing offline
Troubleshooting Steps
 Restart the CyDesk PABX service
 If the extensions come back on line, the issue is resolved.
 If the issue persists, TAPI must be restarted
