CyDesk Manager unable to Connect to CyTrack Server
Problem
CyDesk Manager is unable to connect to the CyTrack Server
Troubleshooting Steps
Check if the server address setting in CyDesk Manager is correct. Open CyDesk Manager and click on options → Configure and select CyDesk Manager Options
Click on Change to enter your server address.
Update the CyDesk Server address and click on Save.
Close CyDesk manager and reopen the program should now connect to the server.
Advanced Steps
Test if you can telnet to the CyTrack server Address on port 9011 i.e. Telnet serveraddress:9011
Check server/client Firewall settings for port 9011
Make sure CyDesk Server service is running
Use Task Manager to check that DeskServer.exe process is running
