Install Fails after Uninstalling iPECS CCS
Problem
After doing a complete uninstall of iPECS CCS – the new install attempt fails
Troubleshooting Steps
Ensure you have followed the iPECS CCS Uninstallation Guide and that all Services were stopped before commencing with the uninstall
Check that the SQL database files were successfully deleted. Please note the SQL data and log files may have been stored in a different location to the default location
In the Control Panel - check all SQL components were uninstalled - including:
- Microsoft SQL Server Native Client
- Microsoft SQL Server Setup Support Files
- Microsoft SQL Server VSS Writer
