CCX BI Report Plus v2 Upgrade Guide

Overview

This guide provides steps to upgrade CCX Report BI Plus v2.

Uninstall Existing Package

Use the following steps to uninstall the CCX Report BI Plus v2 on your server.

1. Go to Start → Services. Stop CCX Report BI Service.

   Open

   

2. Go to Start → Add or Remove Programs. Uninstall CCXReportBI.

   Open

   

Install CCX Report BI Hotfix

The following steps will guide you on how to apply the latest hotfix to your installation package and install it on your server.

1. Download the required Hotfix from the link provided. (Contact support@ccxcare.com if you do not have the Hotfix Link).

2. Right click on the downloaded zip file and click on Properties. Under the General Tab, check ‘Unblock’ and OK.

3. Unzip the file and copy and replace the CCXReportInstaller.msi into the main installation folder for example CCX 1.2Aa.

4. Double click on iPECSCCXInstaller.exe in the main installation folder to start the installation of the Hotfix.

5. Select Advanced Installation and click on Next.

6. Enter the Package Code followed by the PABX login credentials and click next.

    

7. From the list of modules, uncheck all modules and only select CCXReportBI.

8. Click Next and check on the license agreement to continue.

9. Click through the next few steps to finalize the installation.

10. Click cancel on the iPECS CCX Report Plus Configuration to continue with the install.

11. Click on Ok to complete the installation.

     

The upgrade is now completed and CCX Report Plus is ready for us.
