What is CyCoach?

CyCoach is a web application that is aimed to provide coaching/training functionalities to the call centre staff and also to assess the quality of the services provided by the call centre staff.

CyCoach works in conjunction with CyDesk, CyRecord and CyReport products and hence are required as prerequisites for it.
