Show 'Play in CCX Report' in Interactions

If the ‘Play in CCX Report’ is not showing under interactions in CCX Desk client, follow the steps below to enable this.

  1. On the CCX Desk Server, open Registry Editor

  2. Go to HKEY_LOCL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\CyTrack\CyTrack CTI\Config

  3. Update the ‘CallReportPath’ and set it to https://{SERVERNAME}/CCXReportWebApp/Call-Report (either the servername or if it is available from externally then the fqdn)
