Login

As you hit the application URL, the following pop up box appears –

1. Username: Enter valid username for login
2. Password: Enter valid password for login
3. Sign In: Click on Sign in button to login to the application
4. Cancel: Click on cancel button to cancel the login operation

Compliance Window

The Compliance Window provides ability to an admin to search and display all personal information associated with the search term (name, email or phone number) as well as following transactional history items –

1. Chat text flows
2. SMS text flows

From this window a user can also perform following actions –

1. Output all the associated personal information on the data subject to an output file
2. Redact any of the personal information
3. Redact any message stream associated with the user e.g. Chat or SMS history
4. Delete associated voice recordings

   1. Compliance Window: Ensure “Compliance Window” tab is open
   2. Email: Enter the Email ID of the data subject you want to search with
   3. Name: Enter the Name of the data subject you want to search with
   4. Phone Number: Enter the phone number of the data subject you want to search with
   5. Search: Click on search button to view search results

Search Results

1. 
   

   1. Data Subject: Enter the data subject to link the redaction with
   2. Redact: Click on the button to redact the selected data
   3. Export: Export the search results to a CSV file
   4. Select All Checkbox: Select all the search results for redaction
   5. Select Checkbox: Select a specific search result for redaction
   6. Copy: Copies the Email/Name/Phone Number (depending wherever copy icon is clicked) to the corresponding textbox
   7. Email: Email ID associated with the the search term(s)
   8. Name: Name associated with the search term(s)
   9. Phone Number: Phone numbers associated with the search term(s)

   1. Chat history: The message where the search term was located
   2. Select Checkbox box: Selects all the messages. Selecting the checkbox against a message selects a particular message
   3. SMS History: The message where the search term was located in the SMS
   4. Select Checkbox: Selects all the messages. Selecting the checkbox against a message selects a particular message
   5. Back Navigation Icon: Clicking on this icon the user navigates to the previous pages
   6. Page Number Icon: Clicking on page number the user navigates to a specific page
   7. Next Navigation Icon: Clicking on this icon the user navigates to next pages

Compliance History

The Compliance History screen provides a user the ability to view and update the past compliance actions taken. The prime use case of making this history available is to enable user to restore the database in case the customer needs to re-apply past compliance action taken.

   1. Compliance History: Ensure “Compliance History” tab is open
   2. Date Subject: Enter the Date Subject you want to search with
   3. From date: Enter the “From Date” you want the search records to be filtered with
   4. To date: Enter the “To Date” you want the search records to be filtered with
   5. Search: Click on search button to view the results

Search Results

   1. Remap: Click on remap to re-apply a compliance action
   2. Compliance ID: Click on this to sort by Compliance Id
   3. Back Navigation Icon: Clicking on this icon the user navigates to the previous pages
   4. Page Number Icon: Clicking on page number the user navigates to a specific page
   5. Next Navigation Icon: Clicking on this icon the user navigates to next pages
   6. Data Subject: Click on this to sort by Data Subject
   7. Compliance Date: Click on this to sort by Compliance Date
   8. Select All Checkbox: Selects all the messages
   9. Select Checkbox: Selects a specific message
