Launching the Sense Client

This article guides all users on how to launch the Sense client.

Procedure

Click on the Sense shortcut icon located on the desktop.

The default username is ‘admin’ and the password is ‘callrecorder’

• If you are accessing Sense recorder from the PC where Sense is installed, the default Recording and Database server is: 127.0.0.1.

• If you are accessing remotely then you should enter Sense Server IP address (ex. 168.178.135).

Once logged-in, you are on the Sense’s main screen.

On the top of Sense, there are Menus, followed by search criteria selection, and a list of calls recorded by Sense.

You are now ready to use Sense.
