What is Available in Group?

'Available in Group' is an option on the ACD Agent Web login that is checked/ ticked by default.

I.  When the user logs-in and the 'Available in Group' is checked, the system will log the user in the ACD Agent Web Portal and at the same time, it sends an 'Available' (status) command to all the groups that the extension is a member of;

II.  On the other hand, if the 'Available in Group' checkbox is un-checked, the system will log-the-user-in but does not send an 'Available' (status) command to all the groups that the extension is a member of.
