Remember Me option

Using 'Remember Me' check box will trigger the system to retain the user credentials that logs in to ACD Agent and preselects that user when the ACD Agent website is accessed again.

1.  Enter User Name

2.  Enter Password

3.  Tick/ Check the Remember Me option

4.  Click on Log in
