Get help faster - Submit a support request

CyTrack has an efficient online help desk with a first-rate online queueing service, which ensures that all requests created through this service gets addressed in the shortest possible time.  The service/ support desk has a wide coverage and is manned by a team of competent CyTrack engineers across Australia, Asia, and the U.K.

With this in place, all support requests through the support site and/ or sent through the support desk email are guaranteed to be addressed immediately!

 

NOTE: Only send support requests to the support desk as emails sent to CyTrack employees may not be attended immediately - as the person maybe Out-Of-Office (on the field or on-leave).

 

Getting the support that you need is easy.  

  1. Click 

'Submit a Request' on the Home Page of the support site.  To submit a request now, click here.  See tips on what to indicate on the ticket at the end of this article.

 

  1. Or you can send an email to '

support@cytrack.com,' which will automatically create a ticket/ support request ticket. 

 

Important things to include on the request/ticket:  

 If it's a Phone issue, indicate

  • Steps what you have done, attempting to resolve the issue

  • The Agent’s Name (having the issue)

  • The Phone Number/ Extension

  • The Time and Date of occurrence

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Any recent installation/ system reconfiguration

If it's a Dashboard Reporting issue, indicate:

  • Steps what you have done, attempting to resolve the issue

  • Description of the missing information/ Error Message

  • Time and Date of occurrence

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Any recent installation/ system reconfiguration 

For any other issue, indicate:

  • Person, group, and/ or site affected

  • Steps what you have done, attempting to resolve the issue

  • Time and Date of occurrence

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Any recent installation/ system reconfiguration
