Re-License CyTrack Products

CyDesk

1. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\CyTrack\CyDesk(64Bit OS) or C:\Program Files\CyTrack\CyDesk(32Bit OS) and run the DeskLicensingProgram.exe

CyReport

1. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\CyTrack\CyReport\bin (64Bit OS) or C:\Program Files\CyTrack\CyReport\bin (32Bit OS) and run the ReportServerLicencingProgram.exe

Open

CyLive

1. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\CyTrack\CyLive (64Bit OS) or C:\Program Files\CyTrack\CyLive(32Bit OS) and run the IVRLicencingProgram.exe

2. You will be presented with a summary of your licence.

3. Click re-licence this will take you to the server licencing tool. Take note of the System Passcode as you will need to enter it on the online licencing page.

4. Click Web, this will open your default web browser to the CyTrack licencing page. Here you need enter your CD Code& your System Code.

5. Once you have entered those details click Submit, you will then be provided with aLicence Passcode.

6. You will need to copy the Licence Passcode and paste it in Server Licencing Box.

7. You will be displayed a prompt Code generation succeeded.

8. The CyDesk Server Licensing application will re-populate with the updated licence details.

9. You will now need to re-start the CyTrack Services for the license to be applied.
