Avaya IP Office SMDR Configuration

Select the 'SMDR' tab and enter the following information:

• Output: Select SMDR from the drop box
• IP Address: Enter the IP Address of the PC that the TIM Enterprise is installed
• TCP Port: Enter 9000
• Records to buffer: Enter 3000. This is maximum available.
• Tick the 'Call Splitting for Diverts' check box

Click the 'OK' button to save.
