Issue:
CyDesk will not log in properly. It remains stuck after pressing Sign In.
Cause:
Google Chrome has had a recent update and deprecated the support for a legacy version of the TLS protocol.
Steps to Fix:
- Open Google Chrome Browser
- Type chrome://flags in the URL bar and press enter to open the Flags page
- Type TLS in the search box and press Enter
- Locate the Enforce deprecation of legacy TLS versions entry
- Change the setting from Default to Disabled
- Restart browser
