Calls are not being routed

Problem

No call is being routed.


Troubleshooting Steps

 Ensure that the Dial-In-Device is already pointed to the pilot extension.

 Ensure the indial assignment has been properly configured.

 Check the CyDesk Announcement Server Service is running.

 Open Task Manager and check 1 instance of AnnounceServSvc.exe process is running.

 Ensure that TAPI is working correctly.

 Restart CyDesk PBX Server Service and then the Windows Telephony Service.
