Replay Call-Back in Queue (CBIQ) Phone Number

CyCx can be setup to playback the phone number a caller has entered in a Call-Back in Queue. The system will play the entered number back to the caller and give caller option to confirm or re-enter the number.
To use the replay option, the following wave files (11.025 khz 8 bit mono PCM wave format) are required:

Copy the above wave files into the corresponding CBIQ Message queue folder.
Once enabled, callers will hear a playback of the number they entered and will be prompted to press 1 to confirm the number or press 2 to re-enter another number.
