CCS Q Updating Queue Announcements

Before you begin please ensure that the audio announcement folder is defined under the CCS Desk Announcement Server & CCS Desk HMP Gateway service (If service is present).

or

1. Log into CCS Desk Manager on the server.

2. Click options then configure and navigate to the queue announcements link under administration. 

3. Locate the new announcement file that you require upload to the queue(s).

Note: Announcement files must be in the format 11 kHz 8 Bit Mono PCM wav file.

4. Open the audio file that you need to upload to the queue(s).

If you select a file with the incorrect format you will be advised of it in a message displayed on the screen.

5 . Select the queue(s) that you want to upload the new greeting to as well as on the drop down menu select the greeting type eg. First, Second, Third, or Hold Music. You can select more than one queue to upload to. 

6. Click copy greeting

7.Your greeting file is uploaded.
